PHILADELPHIA, PA

Tom Cruise hit the town of New York City Monday night after his appearance on David Letterman. This was after the cancellation of a big red carpet premiere of his film “Jack Reacher”. According to the New York Post, the premiere was to be in Pittsburgh where the violent movie was filmed, and it was bagged out of respect for the people affected by the Connecticut school shooting. Another big premiere, that of “Django Unchained”, was also downgraded for the same reason. That Quentin Tarantino film, also very violent, opens Christmas Day.
