In a new low, Lance Armstrong has been offered a spot on “Dancing With The Stars”! Could this be Armstrong’s first step on the road to redemption? According to EW.com, ABC invited the former pro cyclist to be on the upcoming spring edition of the reality series. Season 16 premieres March 18.
