Made In America Gets Set For Third Year In Philly
Spring and summertime symbolize a lot of things but festival season is one of the first things on the minds of music fans all over the country.
For the last three years, Philadelphia has become one of the epicenters of festival season since the inaugural Budweiser Made in America Festival. The big name behind the festival, Hip Hop mogul Jay Z, brought the show to Philadelphia in 2012 and it has not disappointed one bit.
This year’s festival will take place August 30-31st over Labor Day Weekend. In recent years the parkway has been buzzing with music fans from all over the world who come to enjoy a number of different genres of music.
Last year’s show included a number of big name acts including Beyonce, Imagine Dragons, Nine Inch Nails, Macklemore, Kendrick Lamar. The previous year featured Jay Z himself, Philly’s own Meek Mill, Gary Clark Jr., Janelle Monáe, Pearl Jam, Drake and Run-DMC among many others.
The festival has been created to embody the American spirit and that was the reason the festival was brought to the birthplace of America.
The lineup for this year’s festival has not yet been announced but it is safe to say that Philadelphia should once again be treated to an amazing show.
Pre-Sale tickets are now available.
