The twin daughters of Lisa Marie Presley have been placed in custody with California’s Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS). Finley and Harper Lockwood, eight, were removed by social workers from the family home due to allegations that their father Michael Lockwood, is in possession of indecent photos and videos on his computer.
Presley makes the claims as part of paperwork she filed in her divorce proceedings from Lockwood. She claims to have found the compromising photos and videos on his device herself.
“I was shocked and horrified and sick to my stomach,” Presley says in the court filing. She goes on to state that police had seized 80 devices during a raid on their former home, and that she believes that more photos and videos will probably be found on those devices as well.
“My understanding is that Tennessee law enforcement is also conducting an investigation related to the photos and videos that I discovered,” she says in the documents.
“I have no idea what else may be on those devices and fear that there are more and worse images and evidence in these unanalyzed devices.”
Presley also claims that the majority of her $300M fortune is gone, that she pays two nannies to monitor her estranged husbands visits with the children, and that although she receives $100,000 a month from the trust set up by her late father Elvis Presley prior to his death, she is too broke to pay her lawyer. She also claims to maintain a job at her father’s former home, Graceland, where she pulls in $4,361 monthly. She says she keeps the position at Graceland to pay health insurance for her, Lockwood and the twins.
She also claims to have moved in with her daughter Riley Keough due to her financial struggles and has had to borrow money from friends to pay off her debts.
A hearing to determine the future of the children has been scheduled for March.
