An Aretha Franklin concert planned for July 1st in Toronto has been canceled due to health concerns for the 75-year-old Queen of Soul.

The set was scheduled as a part of the Toronto Jazz Festival at the Sony Centre for the Performing Arts, but the venue website has been updated with the canceled show information.

The site also says that while Franklin won’t be at this year’s festival, she is scheduled to perform in 2018.

“The Aretha Franklin concert originally scheduled for July 1, 2017 at the Sony Centre for the Performing Arts has, unfortunately, been postponed,” the online statement reads. “As per doctor’s orders, Aretha Franklin cannot make the trip to Toronto this week. However, we are pleased to announce that she will perform at the 2018 TD Toronto Jazz Festival on June 28, 2018.

“Ticketholders that purchased through Ticketmaster or through the Sony Centre Box Office will be contacted and will have the option of keeping their tickets and using them for the new date, or will receive a full refund of their ticket order.”

Franklin has said that she would retire from the music business after releasing her final album this fall, but it looks like she’ll have at least one show next year. Previously, she has had to cancel concerts last year due to “doctor’s orders” in Virginia, New York, Detroit and St. Louis.
